  Do you recognize this movie scene?   The scene is from the original 1978 movie, Halloween.   I'm embarrassed to admit I have watched this movie too many times and all the sequels. Jamie Lee Curtis is fantastic in these movies! Currently, the latest sequel in this movie series is playing at the movie theater.  I will be going to see the latest movie this weekend.  Stay tuned for a movie review.....

I binge watched, The Maid, on Netflix over Fall Break. There was lots of good reviews on this limited series. However, I wished I hadn't watched it. I found it very disturbing. I would recommend that anyone that has ever known someone or experienced domestic violence to avoid this show. I feel that the show could be very triggering. Spoiler alert: The series has a happy ending for this mother and daughter.  However, many victims of domestic violence don't have a happy ending or it takes a very long time. I should mention the series was based off a true story and book.  

As odd as it may sound. I love Youtube cleaning videos!  I highly recommend, Amy Darley's youtube cleaning videos. There is something very therapeutic and calming about cleaning. I feel like once my house is cleaned, I can concentrate and focus.  It's hard to concentrate when everything is cluttered and dirty. It's like the physical clutter surrounding you, actually takes up mental space as well.  Amy Darley has a very upbeat and optimistic personality which I think has contributed to her successful Youtube channel.
